A limited-edition Mew ex promo with new artwork will release in China to celebrate their 151 set. However, only 1,510 copies will be given away through lotteries.
To qualify, fans in China must participate in at least 15 activities across a minimum of three tournament venues by December 15, 2025. These activities include Gym Battles and City Tournaments. Registration for these events can be completed through the “Pokemon Card Member” WeChat applet.
Between March and December, 151 winners will be chosen on the 15th of each month to receive the exclusive card. The numbers and dates for this promotion are tied to Mew’s Pokedex number, 151.
Over the past year, China has seen the release of several exclusive cards that haven’t been made available globally. This trend might continue with Mew ex, especially since the Pokémon 151 set has already launched in Japan and the United States. China has been releasing compilation sets to align its collection with the rest of the world.
