Let's start off with a beer. What beer would you say is your favorite?
I don't like beer, I prefer soft drinks ;)
I have noticed you have been doing drawings, stickers, murals and even paste-ups. I enjoy seeing artists do more than just the drawing process. Where did your journey in art begin?
I've been drawing since I was a child. I've always liked art, especially street art. I looked at the letters on the walls and the characters, and all of that made me very curious. I wanted to understand a little more about street art culture, and through sticker art that's where I found myself.

I like your character, but especially how creative you are with it. What is the story behind the character?
I like astronomy and technology. My character is a fusion of both, half ET, half cyborg, and with a calm, peaceful expression—because that's my personality.
I like the way you guys from Cola e Tinta crew do murals of your characters in a creative way. How did you end up in the graffiti scene?
We at Cola & Tinta started out with sticker art and also wheat-paste. Getting into graffiti was a way to further expand our work on the streets.
What inspired you to become an artist, and how did you develop your artistic skills?
I've always liked the cartoon style, and artists like KÖPAK and Mr. Doodle are my inspirations. I developed my skills and identified with this style because I've always enjoyed creating the outlines and sub-outlines of my art; it's very satisfying.

If you had to describe your artistic style, what would you say?
Freehand Cartoon Sticker Art
Can you share some of your favorite or most significant artistic projects or pieces you've created?
I don't think I have a specific favorite, but I really like my character with his tongue out. He was inspired by children, because he’s making a mocking face.

What brands and tools do you use for your artwork, and what do you recommend?
I like to color my art with colored pencils from the brand Faber Castell, and the black pens are from the brand Acrilex.
I like to create different variations of my character, whether in colors or expressions. It's therapy for me.
What do you like the most about what you do?
I like to create different variations of my character, whether in colors or expressions. It's therapy for me.
Are there any artists you look up to now or in your earlier stage as an artist?
Yes, and they are: Bond Truluv, Sofles, Odeith, Binho3M, MegaSmer.

Everyone has their way of working. How do you approach the creative process, from conceptualization to completion?
I like to create my art at dawn, when everything is silent. Music also inspires me—in all the posts I make, music connects with the theme of the art style. I also do everything calmly, without rushing.
Life can sometimes take over the things you love. How do you stay motivated and overcome creative blocks or challenges in your work?
I can't live without art, I don't know what I would do if I lived without it. What motivates me is making art, creating, coloring, and meeting friends to do graffiti. If you do what you like, the motivation is instantaneous, I believe.

Not all art is for everyone. How do you handle critiques or feedback on your work, both positive and negative?
If it's constructive criticism, it is always welcome—it helps us improve even more. When it’s positive, I never think my work is “good enough”; I always feel I have to improve.
The thing I like to see in an artist is progress. What are your long-term artistic goals, and where do you see your art career heading in the future?
I see my art as just something I enjoy doing. I have no plans (for now) for an artistic career. But being recognized for your work, your character—that must be very rewarding.

Some artists feel they have a deeper meaning regarding their artwork. Does your art have a deeper meaning to you?
No, for me it's just for fun and because I like to see my character in different styles, colors and expressions. I like people’s reactions, which are mostly positive.
Do you have anything else you would like to share with the world?
Peace—that is the main expression of my character. With art and colors in the cities, everything becomes more alive and joyful, I believe.
