Processing Time
I ship all products from the Netherlands. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the checkout process and depend on the destination and weight of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Europe: 2–5 business days
Outside Europe: 7–15 business days*
*Depending on destination and customs procedures.

Tracking Your Order

Delays or Issues
If your order within the Netherlands has not arrived after 3 business days, or within 10 business days for European countries, please contact me so I can investigate with the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
